Meal Plan Like a Boss - 12th Aug

Last week went pretty much to plan, with the exception of a truley disappointing vegan pizza from Sainsburys on Saturday which left me sad and hungry. The convenience of a supermarket pizza is definitely one thing I miss deeply being Vegan.

We really enjoyed the vegan hotdogs we had on Thursday night (it was these ones) and the baked potato night was so lovely, I always take something as simple as a baked potato for granted.

Onto this week...

Monday:

Breakfast: Onion bagel and coffee
Lunch: Lentil dahl soup (store bought but really want to try and make my own)
Dinner: Vegan carbonara

Tuesday:

Breakfast: Toast and coffee
Lunch: Lentil dahl soup
Dinner: Jacket potato night - mine will be with homemade 2 bean chilli.

Wednesday:

Breakfast: Toast and coffee
Lunch: Chickpea tuna sandwiches, crisps and fruit
Dinner:Curry night - mine will be sweet potato and chickpea.

Thursday:

Breakfast: Toast and coffee
Lunch: Leftover curry and rice
Dinner: Vegan hotdogs and fries

Friday:

Breakfast: Toast and coffee
Lunch: Something store bought - friday treat
Dinner:Vegan lasagna
