Meal Plan Like a Boss - 8th Jan

Back to normality this week after a long old 3 weeks off work. Paul and Zoe went back last week so I had a couple of blissful days to myself. I am feeling a little sluggish and out of routine food wise, so actually looking forward to planning and getting back to 3 regular meals a day! Anyone else just graze on cheese and crackers between christmas and new year? I have forgotten what hungry feels like!

Anyway, on to the plan...


Breakfast: Porridge and banana
Lunch: Naked noodles and avo toast
Dinner: Leftover Cottage Pie


Breakfast: Porridge and banana
Lunch: Tinned soup and avo toast
Dinner: Salmon egg fried rice


Breakfast: Porridge and banana
Lunch: Naked Noodles
Dinner:Pork Schnitzel with boiled potatoes and green beans


Breakfast: Porridge and banana
Lunch: Jacke potato with tuna and salad
Dinner: Quorn Chilli


Breakfast: Porridge or pancakes if I am feeling fancy
Lunch: Picky lunch - hummus veggies pitta etc...
Dinner:Beef Stew- Zoe has started a ballet class late on a Friday afternoon so I'll pop this in the slow cooker in the morning ready for when we get home.
