Turkey escalopes with sweet potato mash and carrots.
Salmon and new potatoes with veg.
Bangers and Mash with brocolli.
We usually have a bacon/egg sandwich brunch, so no need for lunch. Then we will be having homemade pizzas and movie night.
We are having friends over on Sunday night, so I will do a lovely roast dinner, with the leftovers going into a pie for Monday night dinner.
