Anywhoo, here is this weeks plan...
Roast Chicken Dinner.
We were meant to have this on Sunday but due to a 12 hour powercut we opted for chinese takeaway instead.
Beef tacos with brown rice.
Jacket Tatties - with a variety of fridge leftover fillings
Sausage casserole (if I remember to turn the slow cooker on) or bangers and mash otherwise.
I am out a friend's house for dinner so Boyfriend will be having salmon.
I have no weekend plans this week, and am slightly begrudging the face I have to do another food shop as I feel I have done nothing but shop recently, but this is the danger in December huh? What's on your meal plan this week? Are you set for Christmas?
